The winter sausage-making is the most anticipated gastronomic event. Experience a unique Hungarian tradition: the authentic pig slaughter. No worries, all you have to do is stuff the sausages!
Students compete in teams with each other, make sausages together as a group, roast the meat, and chat freely in the middle of the academic year. A professional jury—including a special “VIP guest” — will judge the delicious creations.”
Of course, it’s not just about sausage stuffing and meat frying here: invited performers, live music, community activities, and great company await you!
The competition is open to all UP students, so anyone can join the event—whether as a competitor or a taster.”
