The Jenő Juhász Advanced College is a Talent Management community at the University of Pécs, bringing together students who are committed to advancing their academic and professional development within a collaborative environment. Our mission is to provide opportunities that extend beyond the university curriculum, enabling members to gain advanced knowledge, practical experience, and a research-oriented mindset while developing into responsible professionals with strong teamwork skills.
Supporting talented students and encouraging participation in the Scientific Students’ Associations Conference (TDK) are among the College’s highest priorities. We motivate our members to initiate independent research projects, deepen their academic expertise, and present their results at scientific forums. Thanks to this commitment, many of our students have achieved outstanding success in academic competitions, with several receiving national recognition for their work.
Within our community, particular emphasis is placed on applying theoretical knowledge in practice. Members participate in training courses, workshops, professional events, and collaborative projects that enhance their academic, research, and personal competencies. We strive to create an open and supportive academic environment where students with diverse interests can learn from one another and grow together.
