The Student Union of the University of Pécs (PTE EHÖK) has announced the subsequent dormitory admission procedure for the 2026/2027 academic year and has also opened the submission period for rector's fairness requests. The two requests can be submitted at the same time, on a single joint form.
Deadline and submission methods
The signed and scanned (or photographed) application must be sent to juttatasok.ehok@pte.hu no later than 4:00 p.m. on 25 August 2026 (Tuesday). The subject line of the e-mail must be: “Kollégiumi kérelem” (Dormitory application).
If you are unable to submit your application electronically, you may also hand it in on paper, in person or by post, at the PTE EHÖK Customer Service (7622 Pécs, Vasvári Pál u. 4.). In the case of postal submission, the envelope must be addressed to the Student Union of the University of Pécs (PTE EHÖK) and marked with the keyword “Kollégiumi kérelem”.
What is the rector’s fairness procedure?
Pursuant to Section 36 (4) of Annex No. 6 to the Organisational and Operational Regulations of the University of Pécs (Regulations on Fees and Benefits), students may also request the rector, on grounds of fairness, to change the first-instance decision and grant them dormitory accommodation.
Students are entitled to submit a fairness request if their dormitory application for the 2026/2027 academic year has been rejected.
What is the subsequent application?
Pursuant to Section 4 of Annex No. 3 to the Regulations on Fees and Benefits (“Rules of the dormitory admission procedure”), the Grants and Equal Opportunities Committee of PTE EHÖK announces a subsequent admission procedure for dormitory accommodation for students who did not take part in the general admission procedure.
Students who state a well-founded reason in their application may take part in the subsequent admission procedure, including:
- students returning from a passive semester,
- students transferred from another institution,
- students admitted through the supplementary admission procedure.
